About Lauren
Lauren is a competitive ballroom dancer and teacher. Originally from San Diego, Lauren moved to New Jersey in order to train with top ballroom professionals and World Champions, Igor Litvinov and Julia Ivleva, in her competitive style of dance, International Standard. She has taught ballroom dance since 2006 and has worked with people of all ages and levels in Standard, Latin, and the Nightclub dances. She also has experience choreographing and teaching wedding couples.
